Gregg Allman Book Deal

has agreed to publish his memoir with William Morrow,
an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers.

Allman’s memoir is scheduled for publication in spring 2012.

Gregg has plenty of live shows on his calendar for this year as he tours to promote “Low Country Blues,” his first solo album in 14 years.

Mick Jagger has started a new band

Rolling Stones frontman has teamed up with ex-Eurythmic Dave Stewart,
Joss Stone,
Damian Marley and
Indian film composer A.R. Rahman.
Debut album due out in
September 2011.

Van Halen new album to come!

VH have been in the studio working on a new album,
the band’s first new music with David Lee Roth in 15 years.
Roth reunited with Eddie and Alex Van Halen
for a 2007/08 tour,
along with new addition Wolfgang Van Halen on bass.
Expected to be released before year-end,
Van Halen’s first full album of new music since 1998.
